Because our stickers are custom artwork made just for you, we do not accept returns or refunds.
However, your satisfaction matters to us! If your order arrives and you feel the artwork does not reasonably resemble your pet, you may request a one-time redo of your sticker pack.

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

To request a redo, please email us at hello@mychibipet.com with your order number and a clear explanation of your concern.

Redos are limited to one per order.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason other than the redo option described above.
